Decision on the election of a Director

On 01.08.2025, a session of the Board of Directors of the Public Enterprise for Stock
Exchange Operations AGRO-BERZA Skopje was held, at which, following a public
announcement, a decision was made to elect a Director. Mevludin Avdija was elected
Director of PE AGRO-BERZA Skopje with a mandate of four years.
